The plan offers 15 monthy hours of design and production of all our services. We provide a Zoom link for a daily production meeting, access to online project management tools, and real-time access to the project director.
Our quarterly plan includes 15 hours per month covering comprehensive design and production services. You will receive a dedicated Zoom link for daily production meetings, full access to our online project management tools, and real-time direct communication with your project director.
Quarterly Plan Advantages:

Up to 5 hours per quarter are reserved for emergency projects that require immediate, round-the-clock production. Emergency overtime beyond these reserved hours is billed at $150 per hour. A fixed estimate will be provided in advance based on the project details you submit.
Additionally, you will have access to a secure online portal for streamlined project management and communication.
If your project requires additional time beyond the allocated monthly hours, we will inform you promptly. Extra hours are billed at a standard rate of $135 per hour.

Our US-based team has undergone comprehensive vetting. The Project Director is fully qualified to manage all production tasks, ensuring your project consistently meets established deadlines.
The STARTER Package is available for $2,000 per month, billed every two weeks. A quarterly contract is required to access our expedited 5-hour emergency turnaround service, which is available outside of regular hours, on weekends, and select holidays. If you cancel the Quarterly plan, the time used for Emergency Production will be charged at a rate of $200.00 per hour.

Our Test Drive offer is designed for projects requiring up to 20 work hours. To ensure mutual transparency, we ask that you complete a brief form detailing your company, your role, and the services you require. Once you have passed our standard vetting process, you can provide us with a comprehensive project brief—including the job description, timeline, target market, and any existing brand assets or guidelines.
After reviewing the project, we will provide a fixed quote that will remain unchanged, ensuring no unexpected increases in cost. If necessary, we will enhance or develop your digital brand assets and create the required guidelines at no additional charge, guaranteeing a professional and cohesive outcome.
Project visuals will remain confidential, and they will not be used in our portfolio unless permission is granted by the client.
Our staff is based in the US and has thoroughly been vetted so the project director can perform all productions to ensure meeting the deadlines.
